Colorado Golf Club
Parker, CO Opened 2007 (18 Holes)

Just south of Denver, Colorado Golf Club rests on a wide open landscape where prairie dogs and antelope are at home. Barrancas carve through broad meadows and hillsides are studded with enormous ponderosa pines. Due to its elevation, the course is over 7600 yards long.

While preparing for construction of the Saguaro Course at Wekopa, I made several visits to assist with the shaping. Shown above, is the green on the 428 yard third set between two merging barrancas.

Viewed from the fairway, this picture was taken as I pushed mix into the third green.

People Are Talking:

"Dave Zinkand is an able-bodied associate of ours, and he is desirous of furthering his career in golf course architecture. He is thoughtful and thorough, and his skill with the "blade" has given us a great deal of satisfaction. Dave is patient and possesses enough skill to work out a problem with care and respect to detail - always working with the natural ground at his disposal.

We highly recommend Dave to whomever he might help, given his experience at working with varied and different locales."
